How long will the appointment last?
Appointment slots are booked at intervals of 10 minutes and we are prepared to deal with one problem during the consultation, therefore it is very important for you to prioritise your concerns and be prepared to make a further appointment if the allocated time runs out.
What if I am late for my appointment?
