Minor Surgery

 

The Bayswater Medical Centre is accredited to provide a minor surgical service to patients in Westminster and for patients referred by other GPs in the Paddington locality. This is done by Mr R. Al-Mutfi, MB, BCh, BAO, MSc, MD (QUB), FRCS(Eng), FRCSEd(GenSurg) a consultant surgeon based at St Mary's Hospital.

 

           

 

On dedicated sessions, minor surgical procedures are performed at the Craven Road branch. Any lesions that can be safely and appropriately removed under local anaesthesia will be carried out. This includes moles, warts and other skin marks. These are sent for analysis to ensure that they are non-malignant. Results will be available 10 to 14 days following your surgical procedure. Results will be forwarded to your registered GP should you not be registered with the Bayswater Medical Centre.
